Hey I’m Katie! Welcome to my website. Thank you for clicking on my page and being willing to get to know me a little better.
When it comes to my career, I am a yoga and reformer pilates teacher. Taking away the labels of my work, I am a loving, caring, playful, determined and passionate person. I am a proud mum, wife and friend who loves being outside in nature, long walks exploring, seeing the world and being at home grounded and cosy with my family and dog Shelby.
I have achieved my 200 YTT, 85 hours pre and post natal yoga & 30 hours children’s yoga. I feel so lucky every single day that I get to share yoga with people of all ages.
Vinyasa yoga is a creative form of yoga where poses are linked together with the breath in a flowing sequence, so although you may also hold poses for a few breaths, you’ll move from one pose to the next using the inhalation and exhalation.
Prenatal yoga classes are designed to nurture and support you through your pregnancy journey.
You will be guided safely through a gentle yoga flow, breath work and mindfulness exercises to help you stay calm and active throughout your pregnancy and support you through the birth of your baby. It is also a wonderful way to meet other mums in an open and supportive environment.
Prenatal yoga can also assist with common pregnancy ailments such as lower back pain, tightness in the body, pelvic instability, nausea and fatigue.
Mum and Baby Yoga is a beautiful way to enjoy an hour with your baby and a great way to meet other mums. You’re welcome to join as soon as you’ve had your 6/8 week check-up. Our classes are a peaceful place to meet and share.
Classes are specifically designed for you to bring your body gently back to alignment, supporting your journey in recovering strength and also tone in a safe way.
Children's yoga classes are for ages 4-7. The classes are all about having fun! We play games, practice yoga poses, learn positive affirmations, have quiet moments enjoying mindful colouring and learn fun breathing exercises.
Children are starting to explore their independence and their sense of self, so let’s give them all the tools they need to experience life with ease.
